well, i'm not coming to give you any commnets on price as i'm not familiar with the area you addressed. instead, i make good use of the knowledge found in the site, i gain as much as 8-15% cut-down in average when coming down to price affair. let me show you what i do, i almost raise up alot questions from simple ones to hard parts. you know sales will enjoy talking with you at first, then he/she found i'm well parepared with taking a note, step by step from the basement up, from concrete & steel thru internal partition.... by doing this, he/she regard me do not come only for price... he/she almost show me the figures as he/she feel the deal cosed. but do not jump into the deal, tell he/she you need the bottom price, you will do a favor returned to show the advantage off in the internet for live ads.. you sounds like a pro, so they like to give best price... but again, do not show off how capaible you are, instead, dig out more questioned by feeding structured questions. the last but not least, show you sincere attitude and your job first, prove you not in the same line as theirs..... |

Dear Sir: Appreciate you generously share insight into the bottom price of Chang Hon Vision. Seems to me u are an expert no wonder u call urself \\\" Addiction to House--房痴\\\". Like the English name I gave u? Sorry, nothing personal!! I have been working in China, so the only chance to negotiate with the C.H. Vision sales is on the last day when I going to fly back to China. I show \\\"GREAT\\\" interest in C.H.Vision, so I am hooked. But, I so much like its location, the layout of my apartment( a square one on the toppest floor), the style of sample house, the potential appreciation due to the emerging of bussiness center and MRT system...etc. Last question though, do u live near by C.H. Vision area? We can become good neighbors by May 2008! |

You can negotiate with the sales and ask them to give you more discount on the parking space. If they still have a lot of parking spaces, maybe you can use this as your advantage. Especially, they only have 3 units left. Therefore, whoelse will only buy a parking lot without buying an apartment. You can try to cut half million more from the parking lot and get the total drop down to below 18M. I believe the idea price is between 17.5M and 18M. However, you can still buy it if you really like it.
