I've ever visit 班芙春泉(電梯大樓) and 日紡國寶(電梯大樓) many times in 十期生態公園 & 兒童公園. You can refer to the following comparision list.班芙春泉 [盛亞建設] 北屯區東山路近軍功路 Comparision List: Safety: 日紡國寶- very good 班芙春泉- so so Entertainment: 班芙春泉 is better than 日紡國寶 in swimming Pool & Wide courtyard, others are the same. Location: 日紡國寶- very good- two parks & 軍功路 班芙春泉- so so - two parks but many "factories" and "auto sellers" nearby View: 日紡國寶- very good- 大坑風景區 班芙春泉- so so - 大坑風景區,日紡國寶 (13 floor height) and another higher building (6 floor height) inside Convinence: 日紡國寶- good- 7-11 (300 meters), 興農 24 hour supermarket (850 meters), 丸九 24 hour supermarket (1250 meters)..... 班芙春泉- so so -7-11 (1000 meters), 興農24 hour supermarket (1600 meters), 丸九 24 hour supermarket (2000 meters)..... Building Materials ( based on the sample house): 日紡國寶- good 班芙春泉- very pool Honesty: 日紡國寶 - very good: every salesperson ( 蔡經理,錢副理....)is honest basd on my direct contact with them. 班芙春泉- good:every salesperson (楊vp,...), is honest, but one man..... based on my direct contact with them. Overall Comments: 日紡國寶- Stength in safety, location, view, convinence buliding materials and honesty. Weakness in entertainment 班芙春泉- Strength in entertainment. Weakness in building materials, safety and location |
