8/9-10 816-17 下午1：00-19：00 文山杜拜舉辦 宜蘭美食童玩 版大帶小朋友 喝彈珠汽水 吃麥芽糖 糖葫蘆 打彈珠 丟骰子 套圈圈 小朋友玩得頗愉快 我覺得應該是真的要拆樣品屋了 裡面的東西也開始一元拍賣 聽說 翔譽建後第一年皆會託管 管委會 並舉辦三節活動 覺得還蠻有人情味的 對壓 做口碑 以後蓋北市第六棟吧！

最近打電話給現場 得到的銷售狀況如下 全部51戶 約剩八戶 所以得出銷售率應為 84% 面河堤的全售完了 信義代銷應於九月初 轉戰其他代銷案 約九月中 繳開工款 祝大家夢想屋成真
