有人聽過盛亞建設或富宇建設嗎

最近看到十期的班芙春泉(電梯大樓)有點心動
因為是預售屋 心裡有點擔心
他掛名的建設公司是盛亞建設及富宇建設
不知道有沒有人知道期評價如何
因為是首次購屋 拜託各位給點意見 感激不盡

You may be an employee of high technology. If you are, remember central science park is really far away from "ten period area". But from 2008-2009, there will be a highway through "軍福" road and "環中" road, and extend to "Ta-Ya" intercnange. That will be convenient for you. Just for your reference.

I was, but three years ago. For the future, I may go back for high technology. Maybe work for Hi-Tech company or teach technology management in Universerty.

我有買沙鹿的富宇愛琴海,感覺還不錯,價格也合理

嗯,愛琴海我也看過,離上班地點也不算遠.只是因為它在沙鹿,以小孩子唸書而言,台中市的學區資源,應該是比台中縣的資源來的好,所以我只能選擇台中市.

I've ever visit 班芙春泉(電梯大樓) and 日紡國寶(電梯大樓) many times in 十期生態公園 & 兒童公園. You can refer to the following comparision list.

Comparision List:

Safety:
日紡國寶- very good
班芙春泉- so so

Entertainment:
班芙春泉 is better than 日紡國寶 in swimming Pool & Wide courtyard, others are the same.

Location:
日紡國寶- very good- two parks & 軍功路
班芙春泉- so so - two parks but many "factories" and "auto sellers" nearby

View:
日紡國寶- very good- 大坑風景區
班芙春泉- so so - 大坑風景區,日紡國寶 (13 floor height) and another higher building (6 floor height) inside

Convinence:
日紡國寶- good- 7-11 (300 meters), 興農 24 hour supermarket (850 meters), 丸九 24 hour supermarket (1250 meters).....

Thanks for your suggestion although this is personal comment.
These two products are all very well and not easy to compare.
I do think buyer must make sure what he want and like, then make correct decision.
Now, I also have some personal comment.
Location:
There is a junior high school(東山) near 班芙, but 日紡 has no. 班芙 is also near 軍功 road,
I don't know what you mean.
View:I do think these 2 products all are very well. Should be comparable.
Convenience:Base on your forecast, we will need cars or motocycles for shopping. how do you think??
Building material:House price will be impacted by material usage, do you really think 日紡 is very well??
No, I just feel ok. Remember sample is only for reference.
Honesty:all sales are good, but you had better care about 日紡 阿不拉.

Other comment are as below:
班芙 , 日紡
1.up to 1000P , 500P
2.2 balcony , only one
3.swimming pool , NA
4.Play Ground , NA

I buy 班芙, because my daughter will like it, she likes swimmimg pool and play ground.

I never comment as 班芙 is much better than 日紡, I only think 班芙 is suitable for me.

As you know, in my opinion, 班芙 and 日紡 are comparable. Just depend on what you want.

我並不是大力支持富宇或盛亞建設，我只是把我遇到的情況說出來。
購買富宇的房子前，我曾到過兩個地方看過，一個是富宇在新竹蓋的想望之旅，那是蓋給竹科新貴住的，豪華自不在話下。另一間是沙鹿富宇凱悅，平價大樓，我也問過當地的駐衛警與住戶，小的抱怨當然有，但是住戶的評價卻是不錯。大樓中庭與房屋外觀也感覺還滿好的，所以我個人覺得富宇的房子應該就是這樣了。其次是付款的問題，班芙春泉來說，自備款10％，大約50萬，其他90％可以貸款，切約的時候只需要自備約50萬(還有彈性可以談，也許可以分期給)，工程期間0付款，等房子蓋好之後，如果你有足夠現金，也可以減少貸款成數。我的感覺是這間公司比較不缺資金，不需要向住戶收取工程款，自然倒閉的風險也低。
其間也參觀過日南建設的日紡國寶，也去日南蓋的大樓，日紡昭和別墅看過，也是覺得還不錯，所以我並不排斥日紡國寶，只是他的格局與大樓設施不符合我的需求而已。
我舉領一個台灣龍捲風的例子，那是別墅型的產品，在英才路附近，生活機能不差，但是該公司(偉X->X鉅)形象不好，當時對我開價800萬，自備40％，就是320萬，我在房子還沒蓋好前就先壓320萬在他那邊，風險太大了。

我並沒有買這個案子請別亂猜~~~~~~

誰買啥房子也與我無關!!

不買對我有何利益~~
買ㄌ對誰有好處~~
不過我在這個討論區觀察到~~
有粉多仲介,建商在看~~
買房子還是多看意見,最終還是要憑自己ㄉ判斷~~
決定之後影響到ㄉ還是自己~~
建商不管怎樣都會賺到錢~~
只是賺快賺慢~~賺多賺少爾已~~
不知道你有沒有參觀他們蓋好ㄉ房子~~
在沙鹿ㄉ有夏綠地跟凱悅~~
房子ㄉ品質是soso啦~~
只是有那個價值嗎?
也許有人覺ㄉ不錯~~
也許成交價粉低~~
也許根本沒買~~
如果覺ㄅ不錯就用力ㄉ給他買下企吧!!
